COMEDIANS YOU SHOULD KNOW (CYSK) is a stand up comedy collective of some of the funniest up and coming stand up comedians in the country. Starting in 2008 as a weekly stand up showcase in downtown Chicago, CYSK quickly gained praise from fans and comedians alike for its unwavering commitment to presenting only the very funniest local comedians and visiting guests. CYSK is very excited to bring that same scrappy comedic vision and DIY attitude to New York City, home to some of the greatest comedic minds on this planet (excluding maybe dolphins).

Saurin Choksi

In 2014 he took first place at the prestigious Boston Comedy Festival. His stand up has been featured on various outlets, including Fox TV and Sirius/XM Radio. David Drake
David Drake is a comedian. He is a very funny comedian. He has been featured on Sirius XM Raw Dog Comedy and Laughs on 'Fox' in addition to Comcast's televised stand up specials 'Who's Laughing Now?' and 'Trial by Laughter.' In 2014, he was named one of Complex Magazine's ‘Comics to Watch Under 30’, he is a producer of Comedians You Should Know NYC, cast member at ComedySportz Chicago, and his first album ‘Dave’ debuted at number one on the iTunes comedy charts. His second album 'Sorry Mom' is available for pre order now. David currently performs nationwide while working out a niche in New York's legendary comedy scene and sometimes he'll eat fries off your plate. He feels bad about that. He's sorry... I'm sorry. I'm David Drake. This was me the whole time.

Mike Lebovitz
Equal parts lovable and absurd, Mike's act flits from humorous anecdotes to barstool philosophy to weighty issues of the day, careening from topic to topic like a runaway freight train with some questionable couplings. Audiences have described the experience as "spontaneous," "joyful" and "a little terrifying." Mike is a graduate of Chicago's famed Improv Olympic theater, where he was a member of the renown house team "Ned Beaty" for years. His background in improvisation shines through his stand-up, making every performance a spontaneous, one-of-kind experience. Mike was featured on Season 9 of NBC's Last Comic Standing and has offended nostrils in both Montreal and Switzerland as a "New Face" of the Just for Laughs Festival and as Godfather of the Montreux International Comedy Festival respectively. He lives in New York with his lonely wife and three poor children.
Jeff Steinbrunner
Jeff is a Laugh Factory regular, former cast member of the prestigious Chicago Underground Comedy and a producer of Comedians You Should Know NYC. He performed in the inaugural Limestone Comedy Festival in Bloomington, Indiana and was named "Best of Fest" at The Accidental Comedy Festival in Cleveland, Ohio. Over the last 5 years Jeff has worked tirelessly, honing his act in front of diverse audiences from a multitude of locations including New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, St. Louis, Nashville, Cleveland and Tokyo, Japan.
